The Norfolk Brewhouse is run by Rachel & David Holliday, a couple with a passion for crafting distinctive, high quality beers. They are a newly established Micro Brewery, using locally grown, Maris Otter Barley and drawing water from a chalk well beneath the brewery. They produce 3 ales and 2 lagers, which are fermented for 21 days followed by conditioning to develop the flavours, taking approximately 90 days in total. The Norfolk Brewhouse is one of very few micro breweries in the Country to produce a lager.
