Rutland Butchers have been established over 40 years with six family members currently working there. They have been making their luxury Haggis for over twenty years from a recipe given to James’s father by a Scottish friend. The recipe has been tweaked to suit the Norfolk taste and uses only natural ingredients.
Haggis is traditionally eaten New Years Eve and on Burns Night, January 25th but is a delicious and tasty treat all year round
